ALBANY - Hayley De Carolis went 4-for-4 with three doubles to lead Crescent Valley High to a 4-1 win over South Albany in a Mid-Willamette Conference softball game on Wednesday.
The Raiders (6-1, 2-0) finished with 10 hits.
Darcy Fields added a home run for CV.
The Raiders host the Rebels on Friday.

The Spartans played the Bulldogs tough in the MWC loss.
It was the first game for the Spartans (0-7, 0-2) on their new field.
The Spartans matched the Bulldogs with three hits.
"We played one of the best teams in the league and we competed with them," CHS coach Mark James said. "We're not playing for moral victories, but we're getting better."
Corvallis hosts West Albany on Friday.

MONROE - Tessa Stroda drove in two runs to back up a strong pitching performance by Rachel Fielder as Monroe earned a nonconference victory.
Fielder pitched a complete game, allowing no earned runs and just one hit.
MHS (10-4) pounded out nine hits. Cara Crocker also had two hits for the Dragons, while Fielder had an RBI to support her own cause.
Monroe plays Waldport on Friday.

Santiam Christian (2-5) gave up five runs in the first inning and trailed 7-0 after two before making up ground.
Hannah Doyle went 3-for-4 with three RBIs, Quincy Davis went 2-for-4 with a double and Darci Woods went 2-for-4 for SC.
The Eagles host Gervais on Friday.

ALBANY - Crescent Valley pounded 14 hits en route to the 9-2 Mid-Willamette Conference baseball win over South Albany..
Van Fudge hit a two-run home run in the fifth inning and Kiel Larkin went 5-for-5 with four runs scored for CV (2-4, 2-0).
CV assistant coach Kirk Myrold said the Raiders started to hit the ball well against South Eugene and have continued the trend.
Scott Stone went the distance for CV, striking out eight with two walls and six hits. Stone forced nine ground outs.
CV hosts the Rebels on Friday.
