Thursday, Oct. 20
ARREST: Michael Victor Dinges, 53, of Corvallis, was arrested on six counts of encouraging child sex abuse and one count of second-degree encouraging child sex abuse. His bail is set at $50,000.
Oregon State Police
Friday, Oct. 30
NOT FUNNY: 9:20 p.m., Women's Building. A 20-year-old man said he scared a 24-year-old man as a joke, which prompted a shoving match. The 20-year-old was shoved into a window, which then broke. Both men were cited for disorderly conduct.
BACKPACK STOLEN: 6:50 p.m., Reser Stadium. A back pack containing items belonging to three different people was stolen during football practice. Items taken included cell phones, car keys and an iPod.
Saturday, Oct. 31
BRUINS ROBBED: 4:20 p.m., Gill Coliseum, visiting team locker room. Three UCLA football players had items stolen from the locker room between half time and the end of the game. Items stolen included an iPod, cell phone and Bose headphones. The victims were Derrick Coleman, Jr., Damien Thigpen and Trevor Theriot.
FOOTBALL EXCLUSIONS: Twenty-six people were kicked out of Reser Stadium during Saturday's football game between OSU and UCLA. All but six of the exclusions were due to alcohol.
MIPS: Troopers handed out 13 citations for minor in possession of alcohol between about 11:30 p.m. Friday and 3 a.m. Saturday.
